Job summary

Arcadis is seeking professionals for Hybrid Digital Delivery on UK rail projects in Birmingham. You will contribute to BIM, digital engineering and information management across major programmes and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure on-time, quality delivery.

We value experience in rail or infrastructure projects, strong communication, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement. BPSS clearance may be required where applicable, and the role offers career-defining projects

Qualifications

Experience in BIM, digital delivery, information management or design coordination within infrastructure/rail.
Understanding of industry standards and collaborative project delivery environments.
Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage information in complex projects.
Proactive problem solving and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

Support BIM, digital engineering and information management delivery across rail programmes.
Coordinate design information to meet quality, programme and delivery objectives.
Collaborate with engineering, project management, commercial and client teams.
Assist in maintaining information standards, governance, and delivery procedures.
Support interface management between stakeholders, design teams and delivery partners.
