What You'll Do
  • Lead & Deliver: Manage end-to-end delivery of complex IT work-packages, ensuring every milestone delivers real value.

  • Build Partnerships: Forge strong relationships with internal teams and third-party suppliers, quickly resolving challenges and aligning delivery with strategic goals.
  • Transition & Support: Plan seamless service transitions, ensuring outputs are fully supported in live operations and documentation is always top-notch.
  • Inspire & Communicate: Chair project and Scrum meetings, coordinate across business units, and be the go-to person for securing resources and managing delivery capacity.
What You'll Bring
  • 3-5 years' proven experience in IT project management, with a track record of delivering medium‑to‑large scale technology projects.
  • Stakeholder savvy: Confident engaging with senior business users and external partners.
  • Technical know‑how: Solid grounding in development, systems integration, or technical project management.
  • Project management certification (APM or PRINCE2 Practitioner) or willingness to achieve it.
  • Financial acumen: Experience managing budgets, risks, and commercial relationships.
  • Security clearance eligibility: BPSS required; some roles may require SC clearance.
