Job summary

Lorien in Central London is seeking a hands-on Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master to join a renowned consumer brand's enterprise Product team. This 6-month contract role is office-based, four days a week, with no remote option.

You will run Agile ceremonies, bring structure and pace, manage budgets and prioritisation, unblock issues, and collaborate with distributed teams and other Agile PMs to align on priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Agile Project Management
• Hands on knowledge of running Scrum ceremonies
• Experience working with distributed teams
• Experience managing budgets and finance on projects
• Jira experience is essential

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile Project Management as part of an enterprise Product team
• Run Scrum ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, reviews and retros

The Opportunity

A well known consumer brand is looking for a hands on Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master to join their enterprise Product team. This is a chance to make a genuine difference to how customers experience the brand online, working within a business that's recognised globally.

The Role

You'll be embedded within the Digital Content function, running Agile ceremonies and helping the wider Product team work smarter. You'll bring structure, pace and clarity to a fast moving environment, while also getting involved in budgeting, prioritisation and unblocking issues day to day.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead Agile Project Management as part of an enterprise Product team
• Run Scrum ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, reviews and retros
• Identify opportunities for efficiency and process improvement

What You'll Need

Nice to Have

Working Pattern

This role is office based, 4 days a week in Central London. While some flexibility may be considered, this role is not suited to anyone requiring remote or variable working arrangements.
