Digital Product Manager (Mobile App and Payments) - 6 months fixed-term contract – London - £80,000 to £87,000

We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Product Manager to join a leading organization, responsible for the strategic roadmap and execution of the Mobile App and Payments services.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to develop a product roadmap.
• Create strategies to enhance user conversion and retention throughout the user journey.
• Conduct comprehensive user research to understand customer goals and challenges.
• Draft product specifications and user stories.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably with B2C experience.
• Strong background in Payments, including one-off and recurring subscriptions, with experience using Adyen and Stripe.
• Experience designing user journeys and improving customer experience for Mobile Apps (iOS and Android).
• Data-driven approach with comfort working with metrics and analytics.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
