Digital Product Lead London Hybrid (4 days on-site, Green Park) – Up to 80,000

The Company

Operating in a centralised, marketing‑led structure, they are investing heavily in data, performance, and digital product to support ambitious growth targets.

The Role

As Digital Product Lead, you will take strategic ownership of a global digital platform, ensuring it delivers commercially, scales effectively, and integrates seamlessly with CRM, CRO, SEO, and emerging AI‑driven capabilities.

This is a senior role with a focus on product thinking, cross‑functional leadership, and roadmap ownership rather than day‑to‑day execution.

Key responsibilities include
  • Leading the end‑to‑end strategy and performance of the digital platform
  • Driving a roadmap that unifies content, CRM, CRO, SEO, and digital marketing teams
  • Expanding digital experiences across long‑form content, onboarding journeys, and other productised web initiatives
  • Championing AI‑powered innovation across the platform and CRM stack
  • Managing budgets, agencies, and external partners to deliver ROI
  • Embedding a data‑first approach across all product improvements and experiments
Your Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in digital product or web product management roles
  • Exposure to CRM, CRO, SEO, and digital platforms in a performance‑led environment
  • Experience building and delivering product roadmaps in fast‑paced businesses
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable leading without being fully hands‑on
  • A keen interest in AI tools and digital innovation
