La Fosse is seeking a Product Manager in London to own the digital product area within a fast-growing EV charging business. You’ll collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to turn customer and commercial problems into valuable digital products.
Join a scale-up that is shaping the UK EV infrastructure, with a hybrid model (London office 3 days per week) and a broad benefits package. The role emphasizes ownership, rapid iteration, and visible impact across the product
London Bridge area | Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office | Permanent role £70-£75k plus excellent comprehensive benefits & rewards package!
This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly scaling UK business operating in the EV charging market, at a genuinely exciting point in its growth where you will have the opportunity to help shape the future of EV charging.
The business is helping build the infrastructure needed to support the UK's transition to electric vehicles, working with public and private landowners to develop and operate charging networks across the country.
The market is growing fast, the technology function is undergoing significant investment, and you'll be joining at a point where you can genuinely influence what comes next.
This isn't a role where you'll inherit a mature product and simply manage a backlog.
You'll be joining a growing Technology function, working alongside Product, Design and Engineering leadership, with genuine ownership of a digital product area.
The technology capability is being built for scale, so there is still plenty to shape. You'll have the opportunity to influence the roadmap, priorities, product direction and ways of working.
It's a scale-up environment with the backing of an established organisation. Things move quickly, priorities evolve and you'll have plenty of visibility and autonomy.
The role
You'll work closely with Engineering, Design and business stakeholders to turn customer and commercial problems into digital products that create real value.
You'll own your product area across discovery, prioritisation, delivery and continuous improvement.
A big part of the role will be working closely with engineers, understanding technical considerations and making pragmatic product decisions.
You'll also need to be comfortable challenging assumptions and balancing customer needs, commercial objectives and technical constraints.
Who we're looking for
We're looking for a strong Product Manager who enjoys ownership, pace and ambiguity.
You could come from a consumer, digital, technology or other fast-scaling environment.
EV experience is desirable, but not essential.
We're particularly interested in people who:
The opportunity
The transition to electric vehicles is already underway, but the infrastructure needed to support it is still being built.
You'll be joining while the business is scaling its technology capability, strengthening its product function and building for the next stage of growth.
That means your work will have a much more visible impact than you might get in a mature Product organisation.
Interested?
If you're a Product Manager looking for more ownership, more influence and the chance to help shape products in an industry undergoing huge change, we'd love to hear from you.
