Job summary

The Walt Disney Company is inviting applications for a 12-month undergraduate placement in the Product & Customer Engagement team. You will help develop the Disney+ product roadmap, growth, and engagement features, collaborating with teams across Disney+ to run campaigns across the EMEA region.

You will gain insight into customer behavior, engage with emails, push notifications, and in-app messaging, while embracing Disney's values of integrity, inclusion, creativity, collaboration and community.

Qualifications

• Must be a second-year undergraduate on a placement year returning to study in Autumn 2028.
• Interest in digital products and streaming services.

Responsibilities

• Support product projects and assist in creating engagement campaigns (emails, push notifications, in-app messages).
• Collaborate across Disney+ team to understand customer behavior and product engagement in the EMEA region.
