Digital Process Designer – Hybrid – Norwich

Temporary Contract until 30 November 2027 - 37 hours per week

£37,280 - £39,152 per annum

About the Role

Come join our Digital Customer Experience team at Norfolk County Council (NCC) as a Digital Process Designer.

The purpose of the role is to develop and support NCC’s digital platforms that allow customers to engage with us digitally and for tasks to be passed to back-office teams as easily and efficiently as possible.

Ideally you\'ll have strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills to help drive digital service improvements from development through to deployment.

You’ll be instrumental in managing the flow of work across teams, ensuring that digital processes are signed off, deployed, and transitioned into live service smoothly.

While some technical understanding is needed, your ability to manage stakeholders, coordinate deployments, and govern sprint boards will be key.
