Job description

We're excited to be partnering with a leading manufacturer to recruit a Digital Print Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a modern print department and work with cutting‑edge technology.

You’ll operate two DGEN digital print machines and a heat press, producing high‑quality home furnishing fabrics for major high‑street retailers, our own UK manufacturing division, and smaller high‑end brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain DGEN digital print machines and heat press.
  • Manage colour control, ink settings, and procurement using Apple Macs and Print Factory RIP software.
  • Liaise with in‑house designers and provide colour management support in collaboration with AVACADCAM.
  • Ensure quality control (QC) and inspection standards are met.
  • Work efficiently to meet tight deadlines.
  • Oversee housekeeping and full maintenance, including belt washing, gluing, and ink management.
What We're Looking For
  • Strong attention to detail, self‑motivated, and excellent problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Qualifications & Experience
  • HNC/HND qualification in Design, Print, or Packaging.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
