A professional sports club is seeking a Digital Platform Executive to enhance digital engagement by managing website and app updates, conducting research, and improving customer experiences. The role is based at the American Express Stadium in Brighton, offering a full-time position with various benefits, including complimentary meals and access to match tickets.
Role: Digital Platform Executive
Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week plus matchdays (time in lieu after 5 games)

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing website and app updates, maintaining relationships with internal and third-party platform providers, and operating app push notifications and story management. You will support the creation of new and improved web pages and features, to deliver optimal performance. Additionally, you will conduct internal audits, reports, competitor research and analyse new industry developments.
We are looking for a proactive and organised individual with previous experience in digital, retail, venue or hospitality marketing. You will be passionate about looking for new ways to improve the customer experience and maximise sales. You will be working in a past paced environment, so it is essential that you have good planning and prioritising skills.
