Digital Partnerships Assistant

As a Digital Partnerships Assistant, you will play a key role in expanding our portfolio of high‑quality website partnerships all over the world. Acting as an ambassador for ICS-digital, you will cultivate strong and long‑lasting relationships and support the publishing of first‑class content.

Based in our Leeds office, you will work alongside a team of talented, multilingual SEO experts to ensure we deliver the best possible international SEO service for our clients.

The role
  • Casual role - between 10 and 20 hours per week expected (flexible to suit your schedule)
  • Salary: £12.21/hour
  • Use multiple prospecting techniques to creatively search the internet for new partnerships
  • Curate extensive, relevant, and high‑quality lists of prospect domains including accurate information such as webmaster contact details and niche
  • Establish, manage, and nurture a portfolio of international partnerships, being the single point of contact to build a strong relationship
  • Negotiate terms and agreements with webmasters with confidence, working to keep publishing costs low.
  • Proficient in a range of negotiation techniques and innovative in response to problem‑solving.
  • Conduct first‑stage quality assurance checks on published content.
  • Work to shape and tailor your outreach efforts to meet client expectations and monthly KPIs
About you
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with personnel at all levels.
  • Native speaker of English (and knowledge of another language is a plus)
  • A driven, proactive mindset with a willingness to learn quickly (and knowledge of SEO is a plus).
  • Proven time‑management and organisation skills with the ability to self‑motivate.
  • Enthusiastic about fostering positive relationships
  • Experience in content marketing is desirable
