A family-run retail company in the UK seeks a Paid Social Executive to manage and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms. Responsibilities include budget management, creative asset briefing, and collaboration with various teams to improve customer acquisition and retention. Our Digital Paid Social Specialists are the driving force behind our Katie Loxton and Joma Jewellery Paid Social activity.
The successful candidate will be highly analytical with a strong understanding of Paid Social optimisation tactics and strategies. Turning insights into action and keeping up to speed with industry trends is key to success in this role.
The Paid Social Executive will work collaboratively with the wider marketing team, as well as our in‑house creative team and external agency.
This is an extremely hands on role, managing the day‑to‑day execution and optimisation of Paid campaigns, and working with the Snr Digital Marketing Manager to develop the long‑term strategy.
The role is Monday – Friday 9am‑5pm. You'll enjoy the exciting buzz of our friendly office in Banbury, Oxfordshire three times a week on average with the flexibility to work from home for the remaining two days.
