Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Digital Paid Campaign Manager, with offices in Birmingham and Beverley. The Digital Paid Campaign Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid digital campaigns across various platforms such as Google and Meta. Responsibilities include managing advertising budgets, analysing campaign performance using web analytics tools, and developing new strategies to improve ROAS. The role will also involve collaborating with other team members and engaging with clients to align goals and expectations.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Campaign Management and Online Marketing
  • Experience in Google Analytics and the ability to interpret campaign data effectively
  • Strong background in Digital Marketing, with creative approaches to paid media strategies
  • Understanding of Sales principles and the connection between campaigns, revenue and profit objectives
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently in a hybrid setting
  • The capability to handle 30+ projects across the month
