A public health organization in Salford is seeking a Digital Operations Technician to support IT systems and deliver excellent customer service. The role involves administering network communications, resolving system faults, and maintaining digital solutions. Ideal candidates will have a full UK driving licence, proven IT experience, and strong analytical skills. Competitive benefits package and flexible working opportunities are included.
As a frontline Digital Operations Technician you’ll be working within the Digital Operations Team to support the entire NCA Estate. You will provide assistance to your Digital agents within your team and work together with all teams in Digital to deliver the best possible outcomes for our staff.
Excellent face‑to‑face customer service, communication, interpersonal skills and proven technical knowledge of hardware and software applications. Awareness of server and network issues. Requires a full UK driving licence and a car. Experience managing IT issues, system accounts, applications and hardware is essential. Analytical skills to drive continual improvement and monitor customer satisfaction.
