Job summary

Nextech Group Limited is seeking a Digital Motion Designer in Warwickshire for a hybrid role. You will create high-impact motion content and digital experiences, collaborating with Creative and Commercial leads to turn insights into assets that convert.

You will shape campaign assets from concept to final deliverables, using Figma, After Effects, and AI-enabled workflows to scale your best work. This role offers a creative, fast-paced environment with tangible impact.

Qualifications

• Portfolio evidencing digital design, motion/animation and campaign ideation.
• Proficiency in Figma; experience with After Effects or Premiere Pro.
• Experience with Framer or Webflow is preferred.
• Full-funnel design thinking from social ad to landing page.
• Interest in AI tools to speed up workflow.
• Attention to craft, typography and visual polish.

Responsibilities

• Concept and execute fresh campaign creative from brief to asset.
• Design motion graphics and social ads; digital campaign content.
• Create wireframes and landing pages in Figma, Framer or Webflow.
• Adhere to brand guidelines while elevating visual quality.
• Develop variations and test resonance with audiences.
• Collaborate with performance teams to use data to iterate.

Digital Motion Designer | Warwickshire | Hybrid | Up to £40,000

Are you a designer who lives and breathes digital performance? Do you obsess over motion craft, campaign creative, and making assets that actually convert? If so, we want to hear from you.

We're recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing performance marketing agency in Warwickshire who are looking for a talented Digital Performance Designer to join their creative team on a hybrid basis.

The Role:

You'll work alongside Creative and Commercial leads to turn brand and audience insights into standout campaign assets, motion content, and digital experiences. From high-impact social ads to high-fidelity landing page prototypes, you'll own the full creative execution — and use smart tooling and AI workflows to scale your best work efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Concepting and executing fresh campaign creative from brief to final asset
• Designing polished motion graphics, animated social ads and digital campaign content
• Building wireframes and high-fidelity landing page concepts in Figma, Framer or Webflow
• Working within brand guidelines while pushing visual quality to the next level
• Developing creative variations and testing what resonates with different audiences
• Collaborating with performance teams to use real data to inform your next iteration
• Presenting ideas confidently in client workshops and internal creative reviews

What We're Looking For:

• A standout portfolio showing strong digital design, motion/animation and campaign ideation
• Expert-level Figma skills plus strong After Effects and/or Premiere Pro
• Experience with Framer or Webflow (a strong advantage)
• Full-funnel design thinking — from social ad through to landing page
• A natural interest in AI tools and modern design tech to speed up your workflow
• Someone who takes pride in craft, layout, typography and visual polish
