Digital Merchandising Manager – UK Click & Collect, 12 Month Fixed Term
We’re looking for an experienced Digital Merchandising Manager to lead our UK Click & Collect digital merchandising team during a 12‑month maternity cover. This is a key leadership role focused on maintaining momentum, driving performance and ensuring our digital storefront reflects our brand values and commercial priorities.
You’ll oversee a team of five merchandisers, guiding them to deliver data‑led merchandising excellence. Using customer insights, funnel analysis and performance metrics you’ll help optimise conversion, engagement and the overall online experience – ensuring our Click & Collect proposition continues to thrive.
