Marks & Spencer Plc is seeking a digitally minded Merchandiser to forecast, plan and manage stock across multi-channel retailing in London. You will collaborate with the Buying team to deliver department plans, drive weekly profit targets and optimize product availability to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Merchandiser in online or ecommerce-focused business.
• Core merchandising skills including strategy, stock management and option planning.
• Deep knowledge of multi-channel planning and trading complexities.
• Experience setting forecasts, stock plans and budgets for sales and profit.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing abilities.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Buying to create department plan and strategy and execute weekly targets.
• Manage promotions, markdowns and in-season trading; correct deviations from targets.
• Monitor brand KPIs and lead on performance and long-term planning.
• Onboard new systems and establish robust ways of working and processes.
• Provide leadership, develop talent and build a high-performing team.
