Williams Lea seeks a Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team in Leeds on a hybrid basis. The role supports digital marketing, CRM, and campaigns, collaborating with lawyers, IT, and marketing teams to enhance online visibility and client engagement.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and experience with InterAction, Vuture, and website CMS platforms; strong analytical and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent gained through experience.
• Experience with InterAction or similar CRM systems preferred.
• Experience with Vuture and website CMS platforms (WordPress/SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Website & Digital Content: Promote and update content on Firm websites; optimize UX and SEO; coordinate updates with IT/vendors.
• Digital Campaigns: Develop, execute, and analyze campaigns; collaborate on paid search and social media ads.
• Email Marketing (Vuture): Create and deploy email campaigns; manage user accounts and CRM integration; monitor metrics.
• CRM (InterAction): Maintain contact records; manage hires/departures; build targeted lists; ensure data hygiene.
• Reporting & Analytics: Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to improve outreach.
