Permanent contract / Central London, Devonshire Square

This position can be remote up to 60% of the weekly working time.

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our friendly and dynamic Digital Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work for an international education group and play a key role in driving global student acquisition.

In this role, you will manage and optimise paid search activity across global markets, supporting key intake periods and delivering qualified leads aligned with commercial targets. About You

You bring strong hands‑on expertise in managing performance‑driven paid search campaigns within complex or multi‑market environments. You have deep technical knowledge of Google Ads, including bidding strategies, keyword management, audience targeting and campaign structuring.

You are highly analytical and confident using tools such as GA4 and Looker Studio to interpret data, draw insights and translate them into clear, actionable recommendations. With excellent communication and organisational skills, you are comfortable working cross‑functionally, managing competing priorities and influencing outcomes in a fast‑paced environment. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Analytics or a related field is required. Google Ads certification is essential.

Your Role
  • Manage and optimise paid search campaigns across multiple regions to deliver high‑quality leads and support enrolment targets.
  • Monitor performance daily, adjusting budgets and bidding strategies in line with intake priorities and pacing requirements.
  • Analyse campaign results, prepare performance insights and recommend actions to improve efficiency, conversion quality and channel contribution.
  • Collaborate closely with paid social, analytics, CRM and market teams to ensure paid search activity supports the wider acquisition strategy.
  • Maintain campaign hygiene, documentation and platform best practices to ensure long‑term scalability and stability.
  • Support forecasting, budget planning and quarterly channel strategies.
  • Contribute to cross‑channel projects such as creative testing, landing page optimisation and tracking improvements.
  • Share learnings, support best‑practice development and contribute to internal playbooks and governance initiatives.
