Great opportunity to support the implementation of a digital marketing strategy through execution of content across web, social and digital channels.

As the successful applicant you'll lead the day-to-day social media planning, publishing, and reporting to drive engagement and brand consistency. You'll be able to demonstrate strong communication skills as will working closely with colleagues across the Digital Marketing and Communications team, including content and design, to support the timely, optimised delivery of digital assets and campaigns.

This is a permanent opportunity attracting a starting salary of between £35,000- £45,000 plus benefits

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, create, schedule, and publish social media content across all platforms in line with brand tone, campaign priorities, and audience engagement goals.
  • Assist with the creation and upload of website content, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with SEO best practices.
  • Manage and update website content regularly to ensure accuracy, freshness, and alignment with SEO best practices.
  • Support delivery of digital campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels, ensuring timely execution and reporting
  • Develop central digital relationships to bring best practice to the UK marketing team.
  • Work collaboratively with the entire marketing team to develop and deliver high impact, high quality and cost-effective digital marketing campaigns which enhance our conversion opportunities for all products and brands.
  • Work with the CRM specialist to design and implement digital communication nurture flows.
  • Ensure all digital activity is fully compliant with all company guidelines, DMCCA and FCA regulation.
  • Use analytics, business data and insight to inform digital decision-making.
  • Support the Digital Marketing Lead and wider team with ad hoc tasks, campaign rollouts, and cross-team coordination
  • Work across the business with key stakeholders and IT teams (central & local) to execute digital activity effectively and efficiently using available resources.
Skills, Experience & Background
  • Track record of digital marketing success
  • Experienced with social media tools and channels
  • CMS knowledge and experience
  • Strong teamworking and collaboration skills.
  • Good organisational skills and project management
  • Experience of supplier or relationship management
  • Ability to work in a dynamic face paced environment, enjoying the challenge of managing multiple projects simultaneously, working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
