Overview

Role and responsibilities
  • Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Officer will be responsible for the day-to-day operational delivery of our website, email marketing, and digital assets.
  • Manage and optimise our WordPress website and DotDigital email platform.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand and accessibility standards.
  • Contribute to creative content development and campaign ideation.
  • Track and report performance across channels to support the marketing manager with data-driven recommendations.
  • This role will support data-driven decision-making and work to improve user engagement and service promotion.

Note: This is a fixed term position for just about 2 years (end date to be confirmed at the offer stage).
