Are you a digital marketing professional with proven experience in email marketing, social media campaigns, and using martech tools?

Do you have strong project and campaign management experience, and strong stakeholder management skills?

Are you analytical and commercially minded, with the ability to interpret data and apply insights?

Our client is a City-based Wealth Manager looking for a collaborative team player with a proactive and solutions-focused approach, to lead their day-to-day digital marketing activities.

What you’ll be doing day to day
  • Leading the planning, execution and optimisation of email and nurture programmes and campaigns
  • Owning the segmentation, design, testing, and deployment of email journeys aligned to business goals
  • Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance, providing insights to improve engagement and conversion
  • Contributing to strategic planning for digital marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Supporting the digital team and external agencies with reporting and analytics across digital channels
  • Collaborating with the wider digital and marketing team to support website content updates, social media scheduling, and campaign execution
  • Working with internal stakeholders and external agencies to develop compelling messaging
  • Managing relationships with third-party agencies, ensuring delivery to time, quality and budget
  • Ensuring all marketing activity adheres to brand guidelines, compliance standards and regulatory requirements
  • Sharing knowledge and contributing to upskilling across the marketing team
  • Proactively developing knowledge of the industry and the market
  • Undertaking and recording relevant Continuous Professional Development (CPD) to develop knowledge and skills
The skills and experience you need to bring
  • 5 years + digital marketing experience – both strategy and execution
  • Experience in campaign performance analysis and reporting, with a data-led mindset
  • Familiar with digital marketing channels including web, social and paid media
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and contribute to shared initiatives
  • Experience working with creative and media agencies to deliver high-quality marketing outputs
  • Highly proficient in Salesforce Account Engagement/Pardot ideally (or similar)
  • Experience of marketing within a regulated industry, ideally financial services
  • Understanding of the role of compliance and legal in campaign approvals and content governance
  • Organised with excellent time management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency
