An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Digital Marketing Manager to lead the digital strategy for multiple well-established brands. Based in Corwen, Denbighshire, this office-based role offers the chance to make a real impact during a maternity cover period, stepping into a senior-level position within a small, close-knit, collaborative team. You’ll be hands-on across all areas of digital marketing, driving online growth and performance while shaping the future of the brands’ digital presence.

Responsibilities
  • Campaign Execution: Develop and deliver multi-channel campaigns across email, PPC, social media, marketplaces, and web.
  • E-Commerce & Web: Oversee and enhance multiple e-commerce sites, focusing on conversion, UX, and SEO.
  • Performance & Insights: Monitor key metrics and generate actionable insights to maximise ROI, ROAS, and revenue.
  • Content Creation: Produce compelling digital assets using Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or Adobe Express.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and partners to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
  • Retention & Automation: Design and manage automated campaigns to boost customer retention.
What We’re Looking For
  • A proactive, data-led marketer who’s comfortable balancing strategy with execution.
  • Proven success in managing multiple brands/accounts and driving digital sales.
  • Strong experience in e-commerce platforms (WordPress, Shopify) and SEO/SEM.
  • Skilled in PPC, social media advertising, email marketing, and online marketplaces (Amazon, TikTok Shop).
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation abilities with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for marketing research, testing, and reporting.
  • Outstanding project management and communication skills.
  • Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications—or equivalent experience.
  • Basic HTML knowledge is a plus, but not essential.
