A major financial services organization is searching for a Digital Marketing Manager to manage and deliver multi-channel campaigns focused on email marketing. You will collaborate across teams to optimize digital platforms and enhance customer engagement through data-driven strategies. A successful candidate will have experience in high-volume email campaigns and familiarity with Adobe Campaign. This is a 12-month role based in London.
Join us as a Digital Marketing Manager
In this key role, you’ll manage the planning, creation, testing, scheduling, and delivery of daily and weekly email campaigns, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and alignment with business objectives. W with full consideration and ownership of the campaign and digital journey, you’ll ensure effective measurement and reporting on all campaigns.
You’ll be seen as a key digital contact to relevant stakeholders, and you’ll partner with all Marketing teams. Working within a scrum, you’ll make sure that digital is given full consideration in the creative development of campaigns and that all activity is supporting the wider customer obsessed, commercial and brand objectives.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need proven experience in managing a high volume of email marketing campaigns, including template creation, testing, scheduling, and reporting. You'll have excellent knowledge of email best practices deliverability, compliance, personalisation, and optimisation experience of working in a digital marketing environment, with knowledge of the Adobe campaign suite. We’ll expect you to have experience of using testing and optimisation techniques and a background of focusing on metrics and reporting and making continuous changes to make sure targets are met.
