• £35,000.00 per annum
• 40 hours per week
• Homebased or hybrid working on one of our Defence sites
• Regular travel across South of England - Wiltshire/Hampshire/Oxfordshire/Portsmouth/Colchester. Driving licence essential.

Sodexo is looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Managerto bring our Defence contracts to life.

This is a newly created role where you’ll own the deployment and growth of our consumer app and drive digital engagement across multiple sites.

Working closely with Marketing and on-site teams, you’ll deliver cutting-edge customer experiences and champion digital innovation.

What you’ll do:

• Lead digital activations – spearhead app launches, roll out new features, and manage hardware and connectivity projects.
• Engage customers – create compelling in-app content, promotions, and menu updates while analysing performance and feedback to continuously improve.
• Innovate and inspire – coordinate eye-catching digital screen content and support exciting new consumer-facing innovations.
• Tell our story – design and format impactful client communications such as presentations, proposals, reports, and newsletters.
• Collaborate & deliver – work with creative partners (photographers, videographers) and cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life.

What you bring:

Essential

• Degree or postgraduate qualification in Marketing/Communications (or similar).
• Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
• Skilled in content management systems (CMS) and digital signage platforms.
• Strong copywriting and editing ability for digital and client-facing communications.
• Confident managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities in a hybrid environment.

Desirable

• 2+ years’ professional experience, ideally in corporate, catering, or retail.
• Familiarity with mobile app marketing, product lifecycle management, or project management.
• Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI) to measure and optimise performance.
• Knowledge of customer feedback tools to drive insights and improvements.
