As the Digital Marketing Manager, you'll take ownership of the company's digital evolution, shaping, executing, and optimising a forward‑thinking marketing strategy across multiple healthcare brands. You will lead the embedding of AI and automation into everyday marketing!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver a multi‑year digital strategy and annual plans aligned to growth ambitions.
  • Lead execution across SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Organic, Web, CRM, and content.
  • Champion AI and automation to scale content, enhance targeting, and accelerate optimisation and automation.
  • Build advanced data and insight dashboards to integrate SEO, PPC, CRM, and contact centre data.
  • Collaborate with marketing, commercial, operations, and clinical teams to embed digital across every touchpoint.
  • Management of 3 direct reports, marketing automation, Martech and marketing insight specialists.
The Candidate:
  • Extensive experience across digital channels, SEO, PPC, social, web, email, and content
  • Strong understanding of AI in marketing, automation, predictive analytics, and content scaling.
  • Confidence in data analytics, dashboard design, and performance optimisation.
  • Budget management expertise with clear ROI accountability.
  • Strong influencing skills across senior and cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Experience managing agencies and digital partners.
  • Ideally, experience in healthcare or other regulated sectors.
