We’re recruiting aDigital Marketing Managerwith strong expertise inperformance marketing, demand generation, and multi-channel campaigns to join our client in a fast growing beauty sector. You’ll take ownership of CRM, automation, paid media, SEO, and digital journeys. They work 5 days a week from their Cheshire based office.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and delivermulti-channel marketing campaigns
  • Manage digital channels:Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, CRM, automation, CMS.
  • Oversee paid media with agency partners, optimising for ROI.
  • Define and optimise customer journeys across web, email, and mobile.
  • UseGA4 and analytics dashboardsto report, test, and improve performance.
  • Stay ahead ofdigital trends, AI tools, and competitor activity.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years’ experience indigital marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation.
  • Proven ability to runpaid search (PPC), paid social, SEO, and CRM campaigns, briefing and managing agency partners.
  • Hands-on skills withGoogle Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, CMS, and marketing automation.
  • Analytical, commercially minded, and confident working with data.
  • Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, or beauty marketing is desirable.
