Job description

We're looking for a proactive and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive with strong PPC experience and a well-rounded digital skill set to support SEO, website management (WordPress), and analytics (Google Analytics & Google Search Console). You’ll thrive in a fast-moving, agile environment where testing, learning, and adapting quickly is the norm.

The role holder will sit within the Growth team, and be responsible for our NHS practice, GP at hand.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape performance-based marketing activity, contribute to multi‑channel campaigns, and help drive digital performance across the funnel. The role will be integral in acquiring new customers across our paid and owned channels. It will involve creating campaigns and working on their implementation from start to finish, and requires a creatively minded individual with a critical eye for brand guidelines.

Whilst based in the growth team, this role will require excellent networking skills with other departments to engage with the wider organisation in developing plans and content for the blogs and social media posts.

Please note: This is a perm role, working 5 days in the office (Mon‑Fri, 9am to 6pm). We are based in Drummond Street, Euston.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
  • Plan, manage and optimise PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, social where relevant) to drive performance and ROI.
  • Support ongoing SEO efforts including keyword research, on‑page optimisation, and content recommendations.
  • Manage website content and updates in WordPress – ensuring strong UX, technical hygiene and SEO performance.
  • Monitor, report and analyse website and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console and other relevant tools.
  • Run A/B and multivariate tests to improve campaign performance and website conversion rates.
  • Help develop reporting dashboards and performance insights to inform decision making.Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations across digital marketing.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
  • Proven experience managing PPC campaigns with strong hands‑on experience in Google Ads.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and WordPress.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and tactics.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with data to generate insights and action.
  • Experience with A/B testing tools and CRO methodologies.Can adapt to changing circumstances and are open to new ideas and approaches.
  • Taking own initiative to identify and address challenges and opportunities without always needing explicit direction.
  • Must be able to work effectively in teams, respect diverse perspectives, and contribute positively to group dynamics.
  • Provide ongoing and ad hoc support across a range of marketing projects, including external social media campaigns, email marketing campaigns, event management etc.
Desirable
  • Experience in e‑commerce or high‑growth industries.
  • Familiarity with tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager).
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics.
  • Experience in testing platforms such as VWO.
