As a Digital Marketing Manager, you'll design and lead scalable, repeatable lead‑generation programs‑across paid and organic channels‑to fuel engagement with webinars and virtual events, while shaping the digital presence of Aries and our group software companies. We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to own digital acquisition and event‑driven campaigns. You'll lead our webinar and virtual event strategy, manage performance across paid and organic channels, and help shape the digital presence of Aries, as well as our group software companies.

  • Webinars & Virtual Events: Plan and run live demos, deep‑dives, and educational sessions – then repurpose content across channels to drive engagement and leads.
  • Paid Acquisition: Launch and optimise multi‑channel campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Twitter/X) to generate qualified pipeline.
  • SEO & Web Performance: Lead keyword strategy, on‑page optimisation, and landing page testing to increase traffic and conversion.
  • Analytics & Funnel Reporting: Track KPIs like SQL conversion, and webinar performance to inform strategy.
  • Cross‑functional Collaboration: Work closely with content, product marketing, sales, and design to build cohesive, high‑impact campaigns. 3-5 years of digital marketing experience at a B2B SaaS company (required).
  • Strong track record executing webinars, virtual events, and demo‑driven campaigns.
  • As AI Agents, Large Language Models, and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) reshape how users discover and interact with content, this role sits at the intersection of AI‑led discovery and next‑gen search behaviour.
  • Champion Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) by influencing how Aries is surfaced across AI chat interfaces, voice search, and emerging LLM‑driven platforms.
  • Build high‑quality, intent‑matching content with internal and external creators – content that ranks in traditional SERPs and is referenced in generative answers.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort owning KPIs and performance dashboards.
  • Clear communicator who understands how to speak to a variety of technical and non‑technical audiences.
