A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a premium D2C business with customers across the UK and internationally. Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for driving brand recognition and sales growth through online presence.

The Role:

  1. Responsible for the marketing budget and digital strategy, you will drive acquisition in the UK and new territories.
  2. Drive improvements through innovation to position the brand for sustainable growth and increased market share.
  3. Lead the marketing team in delivering innovative digital campaigns & initiatives, including website optimization.

Yourself:

  • Experience in a B2C role, ideally within consumer goods.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
  • Experience managing and developing a team/direct reports is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
