Job summary

Cameron Clarke Associates in Rugby is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to lead the marketing activity across social media, video, email and digital campaigns. This hands-on role requires a creative, ambitious candidate who can turn ideas into engaging content and help grow the company’s digital presence from our UK headquarters.

Digital Marketing Executive |Rugby | Full Time | £27K-£30K dependent on experience

Take digital marketing to the next level.

Our client is looking for a creative, ambitious Digital Marketing Executive to help lead the marketing activity within their company.

You’ll play a key role in growing their digital presence across social media, video, email and digital campaigns, ensuring propositions and messaging are consistent, compelling and prominent across all channels.

This is a hands-on role for a dynamic, front-of-camera personality who enjoys creating content, understands digital marketing and is confident bringing ideas to life.

Our client is a leading global manufacturer of welding, battery charging and car body repair technology.

With continual year-on-year growth, they are a marketing-led, technology-driven business with an ambitious vision for the future.

You’ll join a growing 30-strong sales and marketing team in a first-class office environment, working full-time from their high-quality UK headquarters. Our client operates across exciting technology sectors including crash repair, welding, robotics and battery charging, giving you plenty of opportunities to create engaging content and make an impact.

This is a role where your ideas will be encouraged, your content will reach a growing audience, and you’ll have the opportunity to shape the digital presence of a global technology brand.

Key Responsibilities
Video & Content
  • Script, film and edit engaging social media and digital video content, including appearing confidently on camera.
  • Develop creative content that brings our clients products and technology to life and increases engagement and brand awareness.
Email Marketing
  • Create and manage email campaigns across the business divisions.
  • Monitor performance and use insights to continually improve campaigns and engagement.
Digital Marketing Strategy
  • Turn the wider marketing strategy and product propositions into effective digital campaigns across social, video, email and advertising.
  • Maintain a consistent and prominent presence across digital channels.
Press & Editorial
  • Support press releases, product stories and editorial content, helping increase the company’s presence across relevant trade media.
Working Across GYS
  • Work closely with multiple sales teams and divisions.
  • Build relationships across the business to identify content, campaign and customer‑story opportunities.
Experience & Education
  • Relevant degree or marketing qualification preferred.
  • Experience in social media and digital content creation, particularly video.
  • Confident and comfortable appearing on camera.
  • Experience with email marketing and a good understanding of digital marketing.
  • Creative, proactive and commercially minded, with strong communication and organisational skills.
