Position: Full time – permanent
Location: Brighton
Reporting to and working closely with Senior Digital Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Executive will support the digital transformation of Rethink Events, focusing on execution, monitoring, and operational support.

This is an exciting opportunity to build your digital marketing career at the heart of a commercially focused digital marketing function, working across a variety of campaigns and collaborating with internal teams to bring them to life.

What you’ll be doing
  • Analytics, Tracking & Digital Delivery
  • Monitoring web analytics dashboards and proactively flagging anomalies or tracking issues
  • Analysing campaign performance data and track ROI
  • Ensuring consistent and accurate use of UTM parameters across all marketing campaigns
  • Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE / Pardot) & Lead Generation
  • Sourcing and validating qualified data to support lead generation initiatives
  • Building and testing MCAE forms in line with WR standards and compliance requirements
  • Supporting landing page creation using approved templates and best practices
  • Ensuring accurate tracking and reporting across MCAE and Salesforce
  • PPC Campaign Support
  • Monitoring PPC campaign performance and key metrics
  • Assisting with campaign execution and preparing post-campaign performance reports
  • In-house Promotion
  • Coordinating online marketing campaigns across news websites to promote physical events (e.g., banners, newsletters)
  • Creating and sending email campaigns via Adobe Campaign
  • Managing in-house ad bookings and providing guidance on asset requirements
Requirements
  • What you’ll need:
  • Strong experience in digital marketing, ideally within B2B events
  • Imaginative marketer with a proven talent for crafting fresh, engaging content that captivates and converts
  • Proficiency in web analytics, Excel, MCAE (Pardot), Email Marketing (Adobe Campaign or similar), data acquisition, and PPC
  • Excellent execution capabilities, including project management, data analysis, and effective communication, both written and verbal
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated and proactive with fantastic teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience with online content management systems (CMS)
  • Proficient IT skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc)
