Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Manager

Full-Time | On-Site | Permanent | Salary DOE

We're recruiting on behalf of one of the UK's premium tree growers with deep roots, a strong reputation and family legacy spanning generations. They are looking for a driven and ambitious Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Manager to join the business in a newly created role, following consistent growth over recent years.

The Role

This is a chance to shape a digital story that's still being written. You will sit at the intersection of brand marketing and online sales. Owning the e-commerce platform, driving digital campaigns and managing the online presence. You will find smart, creative ways to convert interest into loyal customers. From social content to online performance, your work will have a visible and measurable impact. You will also step outside the screen occasionally, representing the brand at trade shows and industry events putting a face to the name and building relationships that matter.

Who This Could Be Perfect For
  • Anyone with experience in digital marketing and/or social media marketing and/or e-commerce store management.
  • Someone in a junior, mid-level digital role ready to step up
  • Or someone already fully competent, looking for ownership and influence
  • What matters most is how you work, not just what's on your CV.
You’ll be:
  • Personable, approachable and friendly - this is a people-first business
  • Comfortable balancing creativity with commercial thinking
  • Curious, proactive and motivated to contribute to a meaningful project
Nice to have (but not required):
  • Paid advertising campaign experience
  • SEO or PPC knowledge
  • Experience growing a DTC brand
  • An interest in horticulture (purely a bonus, not a requirement)
What’s On Offer
  • Salary dependent on experience in addition to pension & healthcare
  • A business with heritage and stability, investing in modern digital growth
  • Internal and external training to help you develop your skills
  • A supportive, on-site team environment where personality truly matters
