Your opportunity

This individual will be responsible for the following key areas:

• Marketing automation: Manage e‑mail production requests from the Channel Marketing team.
• Coordinate e‑email marketing activity to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Events and webcasts: Manage the invitation & registration process.
• Coordinate promotional activities to boost event registrations.
• Campaigns: Contribute to the delivery of pan-regional marketing campaigns.
• Analytics & reporting: Ensure the seamless integration of digital campaigns into our CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation platform (Pardot) and assist in monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing activity using key performance metrics to guide future improvements.
• General support: Carry out additional digital tasks as needed to support the marketing team.

Must have skills

• Passionate about digital marketing
• Superb project management skills able to manage concurrent requests & prioritize accordingly
• Confident building relationships able to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and brief-writing skills

Nice to have skills

• Experience delivering multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
• Knowledge of digital marketing platforms (e.g. Salesforce Pardot Marketo Eloqua HubSpot Sprinklr Hootsuite LinkedIn Campaign Manager Google Analytics)
• Previous experience within Financial Services Asset Management is a plus
