Location: Bournemouth, Dorset

Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday

Seeking a versatile, detail-oriented Digital Marketing professional to join their team. Because the business is growing quickly, the client is open to hiring at either end of the spectrum from a bright, creative Graduate/Assistant looking for structured mentorship and hands-on career development, through to an experienced Digital Marketing Executive capable of taking full ownership of end-to-end B2B campaigns.

Working closely with senior commercial leadership, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, generating qualified sales leads, managing product data, and creating compelling marketing collateral across global channels.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on your level of experience, your daily duties will encompass a blend of strategic planning, creative content execution, and technical data management:

• Campaign Management & Lead Generation: Plan, execute, and monitor digital and social media campaigns tailored to B2B tech audiences to drive brand penetration and qualified sales enquiries.
• Content Creation & Copywriting: Research and write engaging monthly blogs, news articles, press releases, and technical insights, translating complex product lines into clear B2B messaging.
• Design & Sales Collateral: Produce visually appealing case studies, digital flyers, product brochures, sales presentation decks, and promotional tools using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Website & SEO Optimisation: Manage company websites, ensuring digital platforms are updated, search-engine-optimised (SEO), visually engaging, and aligned with commercial goals.
• Technical Datasheets & Product Documentation: Support the product team in maintaining accurate technical datasheets, updating product databases, and organizing SKU specifications.
• Trade Shows & Events Management: Assist with the end-to-end planning and execution of physical industry trade exhibitions and virtual webinars, including pre-event promotion and post-event lead distribution.
• Sales Alignment & Partner Engagement: Collaborate directly with internal commercial teams, external agencies, and distribution partners to deliver joint marketing initiatives.

• Copywriting & Communication: Exceptional written English skills with a strong eye for detail, tone, and technical accuracy.
• Technical & Data Aptitude: Comfortable dealing with product specs, technical datasheets, and content management databases.
