Kisharon Langdon UK has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing and Content Lead to join their growing team in Colindale, North West London.

Salary: £35,000 - £37,000 per annum

Hours: 36 hour per week

Location: Colindale, Northwest London, NW9 6TD

Digital Marketing and Content Lead – The Role

The Digital Marketing & Content Lead is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across various online platforms including social media and websites, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying updated on industry trends to drive brand awareness, digital engagement, creating exciting and engaging content and storytelling for multi-purpose use across the organisation. The role will lead on Kisharon Langdon s digital marketing efforts within a highly driven, fast paced marketing team.

Digital Marketing and Content Lead – Key Responsibilities
  • To work with the Director of Marketing and Communications across the organisation to manage and deliver the marketing and communications strategy
  • To grow and manage paid and organic social channels like Meta Platforms, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and more
  • To work with the Director of Marketing and Communications to develop and implement a comprehensive social media and digital marketing strategy for 2025-27
  • To lead on planning and creating engaging digital content across social media
  • To project manage the development of phase two of our main website
  • To look after other websites owned by Kisharon Langdon services to ensure website security and compliance
  • To work with external suppliers, agencies, copywriters, photographers etc. as required
Digital Marketing and Content Lead – You
  • Educated to degree level in a relevant specialism (e.g. English, Media, Marketing, Journalism, Graphic Design) or equivalent professional experience
  • To have flexibility to work out of hours/weekends when necessary
  • Demonstrable previous experience in a digital marketing role with knowledge of managing websites
  • Experience delivering multi-media, multi-channel digital campaigns that increase traffic, engagement and conversions
  • Confident user of main social platforms LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Instagram
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Previous experience of working in the social care / charity sector
