Digital Marketing Analyst

Newark, Full Time, Permanent

Salary £38,000 - £45,000 per annum

Our well-established Newark based client is seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst to join their marketing team on a full time, permanent basis. You'll help to maximise engagement, lead generation and automate engagement with customers.

THE ROLE
  • Establishing and optimising web analysis tools such as Google Analytics 4
  • Establishing and implementing a tracking code and measurement system for all activities
  • Developing a single report tool (PowerBI) to pull in performance data and metrics from all channels
  • Working with the sector marketing specialist(s) launching campaigns to reach targets
  • Making recommendations to the sector marketing specialist, head of marketing and wider team to improve conversion rates
  • Using key metrics to identify opportunities to increase active campaign performance
  • Ensuring regular communication about tracking and reporting on existing campaigns
  • Providing the relevant performance information allowing a campaign summary to be made
  • Increasing website traffic via improved rankings on Google search engine
  • Ensuring on-page optimisation to produce relevant search results and a positive user experience
  • Monitoring marketing trends including the investigation of new tools
THE CANDIDATE
  • Experience with analytical and reporting tool Google Analytics
  • Strong knowledge and expertise in SEO / SEA and other digital platforms
  • Demonstrable results / project achievements
  • Ability to plan and implement projects to achieve key milestones
  • Results-oriented mindset and the ability to break down complex structures
  • Ability to react well under pressure and prioritise workload
