A prominent automotive training provider is seeking a Digital Learning & Solutions Lead to modernise their digital learning approach. This hybrid position requires you to develop and implement a blended learning strategy, enhance digital content, and lead improvements in user experience across systems. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in digital learning, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a passion for innovative learning solutions. The salary is competitive, offering up to £43,000 with additional benefits.
Up to £43,000 + £4,200 car allowance

Hybrid (Regular travel to Reading and Farnborough required)

Your focus will be to modernise the digital experience – not just through standalone digital content, but by creating digital solutions that work seamlessly alongside face‑to‑face training.
