Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Learning Officer to join our People Development Team, to cover a maternity leave of one of our team members. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about using digital tools and resources to enhance teaching, learning and staff development.

About the Role

You will play a key role in supporting all our colleagues; to develop the skills they need to be able to do their roles fully through the development and delivery of learning through digital technologies into their learning, teaching and professional practice. Your work will directly contribute to improving the colleagues learning experience, developing innovative resources, and building digital confidence across the organisation.

Main Duties
  • Operate as Digital Learning Officer within The Trust to provide advice and support to the wider organisation in terms of tools to support learning through digital tools.
  • To support with training within the Trust for staff & managers of Digital Learning.
  • To develop the promotional and communications in support of colleague learning.
  • To play a key role in the delivering the People Plan at KGH and NGH Group People Plan through digital creations.
  • Deliver Digital Learning content required for Statutory and Mandatory Training i.e. videos and eLearning.
  • To prepare Learning and Education System Reports and other required reports at Trust, Regional or Trust level.
  • To support the Learning and Education Managers with the development of learning materials.
