Job summary

A leading educational organization in the UK is seeking a Digital Learning Designer to deliver high-quality training and coaching for the Level 5 apprenticeship. The successful candidate will conduct engaging learning sessions, facilitate 1:1 coaching, and support learners through their progress to Gateway and End Point Assessment. Strong teaching and assessor qualifications are essential, alongside relevant occupational experience in digital learning. This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check.

Qualifications

• Professional discussions and KSB‑aligned assessment activities are necessary.
• Maintaining accurate records within e‑portfolio systems is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality teaching, learning and assessment for Digital Learning Designer Level 5.
• Facilitate 1:1 coaching sessions and progress reviews.
• Notify and ensure compliance with DfE funding rules.

Skills

Teaching qualification (AET Level 3 or above)

Assessor qualification (CAVA or equivalent)

Strong understanding of apprenticeship standards

Confident using virtual delivery platforms

Occupational experience in digital learning

Experience delivering Digital Learning Designer programmes

Proven track record of supporting learners
