Colchester Institute Enterprises Limited on Colchester Campus is seeking a Digital Innovation and IT lecturer (Teaching & Curriculum) to design and deliver innovative ICT, AI, automation and digital innovation programmes for apprentices, employers and adult learners.

The role covers curriculum development, teaching, employer engagement and digital resource development, with responsibilities to ensure high-quality delivery, assess learners and promote the safe use of AI.

Formación

• Experience liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
• Customer service background with focus on quality assurance.
• Active involvement in IT/Digitech industry.

Responsabilidades

• Curriculum Development: design, develop and continuously improve ICT, AI, automation and digital innovation programmes.
• Teaching, Learning & Assessment: deliver high-quality instruction and assess apprentices, commercial and adult learners.
• Employer Engagement & Business Development: build relationships with employers and promote AI and Digital Innovation courses.
• Digital Innovation & Resource Development: create engaging digital learning resources and deliver AI-related workshops.
• Quality, Compliance & Professional Practice: maintain high standards and ensure policy compliance.

Conocimientos

Customer service experience

Stakeholder liaison

IT/Digitech industry experience

Educación

English GCSE (Level 2) or equivalent

Mathematics GCSE (Level 2) or equivalent

Technical qualification (Level 3+)
