Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a highly organised HR & Data Compliance Administrator for a temporary assignment in Bangor. This role involves managing confidential HR records and digitising files while ensuring compliance with GDPR principles. Qualifications

  • Previous experience working with confidential or HR-related information.
  • Ability to identify what should be digitised and what can be securely destroyed.
  • Confident using ICT systems for file management and digital archiving.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Sort, review, and organise large volumes of confidential HR records.
  • Digitise paper files and upload documents securely.
  • Ensure digital records are stored and archived per GDPR requirements.
  • Identify documents for retention or destruction.
  • Maintain high standards of data accuracy and compliance.
