Job summary

electronRx is inviting applications for a 12-month placement in Cambridge, combining data science and web development to support live clinical investigations. You will work across pipelines of physiological data, develop internal tools, and contribute to clinician-facing interfaces, with real ownership of deliverables.

The role emphasizes Python, data analysis, and cloud-based workflows, with opportunities to grow into a longer-term position in a fast-moving, regulated medical technology

Qualifications

• Pursuing or holding a degree in a quantitative field (CS/Math/Engineering).
• Strong Python is the baseline and a deep interest in real data rather than coursework datasets.
• Experience or exposure to AI development tools and data-driven applications is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, explore, and analyze physiological and clinical datasets from live investigations.
• Improve systems for capturing, processing, and storing participant data.
• Build internal tools, dashboards, and web applications for clinicians and the commercial team.
• Prototype quickly across software and data workflows to test ideas.
