Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals seeks a Digital Health Technologies Manager to lead the implementation of digital tools across global clinical trials. You will work with study teams, vendors, and stakeholders in an on-site/hybrid model, supporting protocol development and study execution.

You will drive eSource expansion, manage vendors and KPIs, and contribute to risk management, change control, and training activities while traveling up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Knowledge of digital tools in clinical research, including eCOA systems.
• Knowledge of ICH/GCP and applicable regulatory guidelines.
• Proficiency with trial management systems and MS Project Server.
• Demonstrated vendor management experience.
• Strong project management and cross‑functional leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

This role requires:

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of relevant industry experience, or 7 years of equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
• Knowledge of digital tools and technologies, including eCOA systems development processes.
• Knowledge of ICH/GCP and applicable regulatory guidelines and directives.
• Technical proficiency with trial management systems and Microsoft Project Server.
• Demonstrated vendor management experience.
• Strong project management, organizational, and cross‑functional leadership skills.
• Ability to understand and implement strategic direction for clinical studies.
• Data‑driven planning, execution, and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Strong communication, influencing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines across internal teams and external vendors.
• Proactive time management, prioritization skills, and awareness of industry trends.
• Ability to train and mentor new staff.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
