• Good knowledge of Primary Care systems and suppliers.
• Knowledge of NHS standards relating to Information Governance.
• Experience delivering customer services in a Primary Care setting.

• Coach and mentor Primary Care Stakeholders.
• Monitor service requests and liaise with stakeholders.
