Digital Growth Marketing Manager

They are recruiting for a Digital Growth Marketing Manager to lead the strategic and creative expansion of their luxury fragrance brand across digital channels.
This role blends art and analytics—developing data-driven campaigns that elevate brand desirability while driving measurable growth in awareness, engagement, and e-commerce performance. The ideal candidate must have a strong grasp of luxury brand marketing principles, a passion for storytelling, and a deep understanding of paid media and digital performance optimisation.
This role is responsible for owning, managing and optimising digital marketing channels, including paid social media, paid search, and affiliate marketing. You will develop growth strategies, forecast and report on campaign performance. This position requires an analytical mindset, a flair for creativity, and a proven track record in driving successful digital marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Growth Strategy & Execution: Hands on development and execution of multi-channel digital growth strategies to increase online sales, customer acquisition, and retention across owned and paid platforms.
- Performance Marketing: Manage paid media campaigns, optimising spend for maximum ROAS and CAC efficiency, while maintaining brand integrity and luxury positioning. Build strategies to drive trial and subsequent conversion to full-sized products to increase repeat customer AOV.
- Forecasting, Analytics & Insights: Analyse performance data across channels; provide business ecom forecasts with media spend modelling, develop actionable insights to continuously improve conversion rates, traffic quality, and customer lifetime value. Own ongoing reporting with a focus on acquisition and revenue metrics.
- Creative Collaboration: Partner with marketing/creative/content team to craft high-performing digital assets and compelling storytelling aligned with brand tone and aesthetic. Develop robust creative testing plan and ongoing ad optimisation, with a strong focus on video asset creation and optimisation.
- Influencer & Partnerships: Partner with marketing team to identify and manage digital partnerships, influencer collaborations, affiliate relationships & platforms that enhance reach and reinforce brand prestige - and drive consideration and conversion. As part of this, explore effective UGC opportunities for paid media.
- Site Experience & Testing: Assess, develop, and implement ways of optimising and scaling processes to increase efficiency metrics, site conversion and continuously drive down CAC. Recommend new product technologies that focus on revenue impacting opportunities.
- Innovation & Trends: Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our client remains a leader in luxury digital experience.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years in digital marketing, growth or e-commerce, ideally in beauty, luxury or fashion.
- Expertise in Paid Social, Influencer, Paid Search, Retargeting, Affiliate, SEO and GEO.
- Hands-on experience using Ad Platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, etc.), Influencer Platforms (ShopMy, LTK, etc.) and Analytic Platforms (GA4, Looker, and similar).
- Familiarity with acquisition analysis (CAC, ROAS, CAC to LTV), A/B Testing and ad fraud detection.
- Proven record of driving business growth through increasing conversions, driving AOV and UPTs.
- Experience in campaign development and execution; ability to manage creative testing process and utilization of performance tools to better optimize creatives (Motion app, etc).
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented with ability to multi-task and prioritize initiatives with high ROI while managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced competitive landscape.
- Strategic thinker with an ability to effectively communicate, collaborate, and influence across teams.
- Strong analytical skills, problem solving orientation and data-driven mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be able to present data in an organized manner.
