The Role

We’re looking for a talented Digital & Graphic Designer to join our team on a six-month contract to cover maternity leave. From screen to print, you’ll bring ideas to life with designs that connect and inspire. You’ll also play a key role in UX design and front-end WordPress development, crafting designs that look great and perform beautifully.

You will:

• Design for both digital and print - web, email, social, campaigns, and brand collateral.
• Create user-friendly website designs: wireframes, layouts and user journeys.
• Collaborate with content creators, developers and campaign leads to deliver joined-up creative solutions.
• Take briefs, contribute ideas, and turn strategy into design that connects with audiences.

About You

You’re an adaptable designer who enjoys variety - one day designing brand assets, the next building a responsive landing page.

You bring:

• Strong graphic design skills - layout, typography, visual identity.
• Solid UX / digital design experience.
• Adobe Creative Suite experience, which includes InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• WordPress knowledge and responsive website builds.
• A portfolio that shows a mix of print, digital and web work.
• Great communication, organisation and time-management skills.

Nice to have:

• Basic HTML/CSS or front-end skills.
• Experience with Figma or Adobe XD.
• After Effects and motion design experience.
• Understanding of accessibility and web performance.
• Previous experience in a creative agency setting.
