MBDA UK offers the Digital Excellence Undergraduate Placement for 2027 in Stevenage. You will apply university learning to real projects across data, AI, cyber security, and enterprise technology.

The 1-year placement starts September 2027 with hybrid work (2–3 days on-site). Job description

Digital Excellence Technical - Undergraduate Placement 2027 Join MBDA’s Digital Excellence Technical Undergraduate Placement and develop your knowledge in digital capabilities that support MBDA from data & AI, cyber security, infrastructure, enterprise technology and business applications. Digital Excellence brings together the Information Technology and Information Systems capabilities that underpin MBDA’s digital environment from protecting our organisation and connecting our people, to designing enterprise solutions and developing AI & data that can transform the way we work.

Salary: £24,460 Dynamic (hybrid) working: 2-3 days per week on-site due to workload classification Security clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team. This role is scheduled to close for applications at midnight on Monday 4th January 2027 but may close earlier depending on application volumes.
