Job summary

MBDA is offering an Undergraduate Placement in Digital Excellence for 2027 based in Stevenage. You will join a range of Digital Excellence teams to help shape digital change, manage projects, and explore AI and data strategies while learning from experienced specialists.

The role runs with a hybrid working pattern (2-3 days on-site) and a salary of £24,460, with benefits including a company bonus and a strong pension plan. Applications close 4 January 2027.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate studying for a degree in Business & Management, Change Management, Project Management, Business Analysis, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science or related discipline.
• Curiosity, enthusiasm and the ambition to learn to explore how digital technology can make a real difference.

Responsibilities

• Support Digital Excellence teams on projects related to Change Management, Project Management, Business Architecture, AI & Data Strategy.
• Contribute to real business and digital priorities and learn from experienced colleagues.
• Develop skills in digital change, project delivery, and understanding business needs.
