Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of infrastructure services and current legislation.
• Significant experience managing CAD and/or BIM systems within a large estate.
• Experience in NHS estates services and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain CAD and BIM systems for estate assets.
• Lead the service delivery team and ensure compliance with standards.
• Support the Capital Project Team in minor projects and upgrades.
• Oversee the preparation of technical specifications and contract documents.
• Assist in identifying energy-saving projects across the estate.
